Palhalan shuts to remember Hilal Moulvi

Palhalan, May 23: A complete shutdown was observed in Palhalan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday in remembrance of Lashker-e-Toiba commander Hilal Ahmad Rather alias Hilal Moulvi who was killed last year on May 23 in Fateh Kadal, Srinagar, in a gunfight with government forces.<BR
