Pregnant women fail to get cash incentives, transport facilities

Srinagar, May 30: Large numbers of women who get admitted for deliveries at government hospitals have neither been provided cash incentives nor the transport facilities to ferry them to the hospitals as per the norms under various schemes envisaged by Union health ministry over a period of time.<BR
