Delhi Police has booked JNU scholar Sajid Bin Sayed for promoting hate through his tweet where he accused the Indian Army and the RSS of ‘devising genocide of Kashmiris.’ Sayed, President of Campus Front of India in his post on Twitter said, “Indian Military execute system genocide of Kashmiris which is devised by RSS. The BJP govt should stop their territorial greed and ready to accept Kashmiris’ right to self-determination guaranteed by the UN. It’s high time to intervene in the issue by international bodies. #Kashmir”
According to Times Now’s Nikunj Garg, social media is the biggest source of any kind of trouble in the society and in the name of freedom of speech students linked with subaltern universities are trying to tarnish the image of the Indian Army and government institutions.
Had accused the Centre of plotting ethnic cleansing in Kashmir
This is not the first time Sayed has spewed venom against the Army and the BJP government.
In his July 12 tweet, Sayed accused the Centre of plotting ethnic cleansing in Kashmir.
“#Kashmir is the most militarised place in the globe where human rights violations mountain every other day. The government plots ethnic cleansing in Kashmir like illegal state Zionist Israel executes in Palestine but still, they couldn’t succeed as they dream,” he tweeted.
Sayed is very active on social media and regularly posts on CAA, the BJP and the RSS.
