Srinagar, Apr 30: While a marble stone fitted in a wall along with a tap in a small lane at Qazi Masjid area of Karfali Mohalla in old city displaying the names of nine people martyred since 1990 kept youth away from casting votes, a polling station set up barely a few meters away from the site still
