Durbar reopens in Srinagar

Srinagar, May 5: The civil secretariat, the highest seat of the governance in J&K, and other move offices reopened here on Monday after bi-annual Durbar move from Jammu.Chief minister Omar Abdullah inspected the guard of honor inside the Civil Secretariat premises to mark the opening of the offices
