Besides decades old political instability there has always been a disparity on the political front when Kashmir is compared with Jammu and Ladakh division. The most neglected part of Kashmir is the Srinagar city. Srinagar does not only consist of posh areas like Boulevard, Hyderpora, Raj bagh etc
