So we are in the month of death sentences! On February 11, 1984, Mohammad Maqbool Bhat was the first Kashmiri hanged in Tihar jail. It was followed by the execution of Mohammad Afzal Guru last year on February 9. The political debate over these ‘legal’ executions is unending. But one thing is evident
