Hospitals face shortage of HIV test kits

Srinagar, Feb 17: The hospitals in Kashmir are facing shortage of HIV test kits forcing patients to get the tests done at private laboratories. Hospital staff is asking patients who have to undergo surgeries to carry out the HIV tests from the market due to the shortage of kits. According to officials
