HC makes Khan’s bail absolute

Srinagar, Feb 18: The J&K High Court Tuesday made absolute the interim bail of the former health minister Shabir Khan. Khan was booked by police on February 6 on sexual assault charges. Allowing Khan’s application for the bail, a bench of Justice Jank Raj Kotwal also did away with the condition
